How much do I have to add-up with my device to get a new one?
The value of your device is solely determined by Matrix after physical evaluation at the store. The sum to be added to get a new device within our store will be based on your negotiation with Matrix.
Do you offer repair services in SLOT?
Yes, we have certified engineers situated at all SLOT stores nationwide who will assist with repairs at a subsidized price.
What is the delivery timeline for online orders?
Online orders at Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt are within 24hrs while other Locations is within 3-7 business days.
Does Slot offer international Deliveries?
SLOT does not deliver items internationally. Purchases are acceptable from anywhere in the world but ensure you indicate a local delivery address and contact number.
