Does Slot.ng accept international debit cards?
No. We currently accept only local Nigerian debit cards.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. Through our Corporate Sales Unit, customers can spread payments for up to 6 months.

Yes. We offer a Trade-In/Buy-Back service in partnership with Matrix, who buy and evaluate used phones.

How much do I need to add to get a new device during trade-in?
Matrix determines the value of your device after a physical evaluation. The difference you'll add depends on their valuation and your negotiation.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes. Certified engineers are available in all SLOT stores nationwide, offering repair services at subsidized rates.
What is the delivery timeline for online orders?
  • Lagos, Abuja & Port Harcourt: Within 24 hours
  • Other locations: 3–7 business days
Does SLOT offer international delivery?

No. We deliver only within Nigeria.

However, customers abroad may purchase online as long as they provide a local delivery address and phone number.

What are your warranty terms and conditions?

All devices come with a 1-year warranty.
