Warranty, Refund and Return Policy
Terms covering warranty, returns, and service conditions at SLOT.
1. Warranty Coverage
All phones, laptops, and electronic products are covered under DOA and DAP warranties, subject to the terms below.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- Applies when a product is faulty immediately after purchase
- Eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
DAP (Defect After Purchase)
- Covers manufacturing defects that occur after initial use
- Comes with a 1-year warranty and, in some cases, 2 years, depending on the product
- All DAP issues are handled strictly through authorized service centers and are repair-based, not replacement
2. Fault Assessment Process
- All reported issues will be first examined by our qualified engineers
- Warranty action (replacement or repair) will only be taken after fault verification is completed.
3. Service Turnaround Time
- Both DOA replacements and DAP repairs must not exceed 14 working days at the service center; subject to part availability and manufacturer processes.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from the following:
- Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
- Accidents or human actions, including but not limited to:
- Water or liquid damage
- Broken or cracked screens
- Use of incorrect voltage or power supply
- Physical pressure, over-extrusion, or motherboard deformation
- Misuse or improper handling and maintenance
- Removal, damage, or tampering with battery bin stickers or anti-disassembly labels.
- Products presented outside the warranty period.
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
5. Refund and Return Policy
- Refunds and returns apply only to DOA cases that meet all stated conditions.
- Products confirmed under DAP are not eligible for refunds or replacements and will be repaired according to warranty terms.
6. Color Confirmation Policy
Refunds or returns are not available for color discrepancies.
To avoid inconvenience, customers are strongly advised to confirm product color with our Customer Assistance team before making payment and shipment.
