3. 7-Day Device Swap Policy You are eligible for a device swap within 7 days of purchase only under the following conditions:
The device must be confirmed to have a manufacturer's defect or software fault.
No physical, liquid, or cosmetic damage must be present.
The original box and all accessories must be returned in good condition.
4. After 7 Days of Purchase
Devices are no longer eligible for swap after the initial 7-day period.
If a fault occurs after 7 days, only the faulty components will be repaired or replaced under the standard manufacturer warranty (based on brand terms).
